Hotel staff can’t control it because it’s outside the property. If you wanna a quit a space to stay It’s definitely not a good option. And a lot of mosquitos. "

They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up.
