“The location can’t be any better. It’s right in front of Hakata JR station, linked to Hakata subway and there is a bus right to the Fukuoka international airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and there is a special event at night for travelers to relax and bond in their facilities. The room is not big but it’s functional. They use Refa shower head and hairdryer which is a pleasant surprise.”

“My best stay during my recent trip to Fukuoka, Sasebo and Nagasaki. Great view and very spacious room. The parking garage is right next to the hotel. Very quiet neighbor with lots of restaurant choices. I wish I could stay longer and enjoy the hot spring.”

"My stay at Candeo Hotels in Kumamoto’s Shinshigai district was truly enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of the main shopping and dining streets, and well connected by public transport. The room was stylish and spacious, with a very comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep. Amenities were plentiful, and the bathroom was spotless and bright. Breakfast offered a varied selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel warmly welcomed. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kumamoto."
