"This resort uses self check in which is overall fairly straightforward. However, the communication was poor and directions to our specific room were very confusing. Texting was an offered mode of communication but responses were poor and at times never came. Phone communication was available but again staff were slow to return calls or never did. The location was great for our purpose but the resort was like a ghost town. No frills and little support but the room was clean and had a nice view. So, as long as things go smoothly, it’s a decent place."

The café wasn’t open and the breakfast was not available while we were there, but we had a great time going to the various restaurants. This hotel was so convenient for walking! The front desk was quick to answer my text messages whenever I had a question – I would definitely go back during the summer season."

"Great parking. Kitchen was sparsely stocked. Only 1 wine glass in the room. Sink in main bathroom was rusted. Since in the first bathroom was corroded. Hard to turn on. Oddly decorated rooms. Beds were great and the covers and sheets were perfect for a chilly night."
