“Front desk, grounds crew, housekeeping and bartender are all friendly and helpful. Front desk team and bartender were attentive to our requests. Grounds crew was always busy keeping the property maintained and looking good. They even kept the beach cleaned up from seaweed and debris. The location is great with many good restaurants within a few miles and a couple within easy walking distance. This is our "go to" place in the Keys. Our many stays have always been great and we hate to leave.”

“Check in was nice. Room was nice and clean. The pool by the bar is so warm you don’t want to get in it and it also doesn’t have loungers it has cushioned chairs which get wet and stay wet, yuck. The free form pool while cool and refreshing is barely waist deep and I’m 5’6”. It’s also filled with kids which makes it impossible to use. The beach bars were both never opened my whole stay. And you can’t sit by the water or use the pier as the smell from decaying seaweed is so bad. The entire shore……

“Accommodations were spacious and modern. Unfortunately it was not cleaned thoroughly. We overlooked it as the beds and bathrooms were better. Walls and kitchen appliances had handprints, floor was a little dirty and trash was not picked off the floor. However the space was beautiful and the use of the main resort was absolutely amazing. We definitely feel how we found things cannot be the norm. We fell in love with the main resort and will definitely go back in the future.”

“We rented boats from this resort as well. The experience with renting the two boats was absolutely a nightmare. They had us waiting over two hours while they figured out which boats we were able to take out because the original one had maggots and the other one they could not find the registration. We had over 20 people waiting around in the hot sun. On top of all that they did not give us any refund at all or discount. And the both day ended up giving us were too small over capacity so they……
