“We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. “Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war eine Katastrophe, Finger weg von der Unterkunft!!Bilder sind wirklich schön, entsprechen aber nicht der Realität!Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass das Haus in mehreren Punkten nicht dem in der Beschreibung und den Bildern dargestellten Zustand entsprach.Insbesondere war die Außenanlage ungepflegt und wies zahlreiche Mängel auf, der Rasen war nicht mehr grün und die Treppe zugewachsen, Palmen und Bäumchen gab es nicht mehr.Auch im Inneren des Hauses gab es……

“Unser Mobilehome war sehr komfortabel, sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang war herzlich und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Campingplatz ist sehr überschaubar und daher auch extrem ruhig. Für seine Kinder braucht man ein gutes selbstorgnaisiertes Programm. Die Wasserhüpfburg kostet 7€ für eine halbe Stunde. Finde ich persönlich überzogen und hat uns vom Gebrauch abgehalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.”

“Wunderschöne kleine Villa unter Eichenbäumen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Super Rezeption Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Konoba Njivice sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Essen gehen möchte ”

“Man hat einen tollen Blick. Das Haus hat 2 separate Gebäudeteile. Das hat uns und unseren Teenies gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt.Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus.”

“Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und durften sogar um einiges früher anreisen! Eine tolle Villa mit toller Ausstattung und einem schönen Pool! Genau das richtige nach dem Aufstehen in der Früh um munter zu werden oder noch einmal vor dem schlafen gehen! Natürlich für dazwischen!!!Auch unser Hund (Dackelpinschermix) hat sich hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!!Wir können die Villa Lavandula sehr empfehlen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!!!”

“We liked the room and also the location. It's about 20 minutes to the center but a number of other places of interest (beach, bar, restaurants) are close as well. Introduction to the facilities could have been better (i.e. happen) and you need to be willing to carry your stuff some stairs. Still, great place to stay! ”

“Domagoj was super nice. He let us do an early check in and answered to our questions fast. We have a couple minor inconveniences which were resolved right away. Would definitely recommend! The view from the kitchen was awesome.”
