“this property was fantastic!! the communication and description of the property were amazing, you can swim right in front of the vrbo (during certain times of the year) we were there in July and a beach restaurant was within walking distance. Val, the property manager was so nice and helpful. we went to Jost and smugglers beach. our favorite restaurants were sugar mill and banana keet and capprecio (road town) and sebastian on the beach was walking distance from the unit. “Beautiful setting in the palm trees and ocean beach right off our patio. A quiet comfortable place to rest and relax. Great beach and access to a wonderful restaurant and bar. Very friendly and accommodating resort staff. This was our second sat at this property and will return again. Can’t recommend a better place to relax and recharge. ”

“It really can't get any better than this! The place is cozy, but you're (hopefully) not spending a lot of time inside. The patio is RIGHT on the water. The waves crashing at night makes for the ultimate sleep machine. There's a semi-private, sandy beach steps away. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The people who run the property are very communicative, friendly, and helpful. And ohhhhhh, those sunsets from the patio!!! This place was perfect and I hope to make it a regular stay.”

“A Hidden Gem!!!! This place is truly amazing! It has everything you need and more. Bedding & towels were luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Very safe location. View is to die for!!! The beach is sandy with no rocks to cut your feet in the water. Bath products were very good quality. Val was also amazing! He unloaded our luggage and groceries and checked on us several times.
