Call your family and friends to come together at this wonderful beach retreat at 502 Ocean Blvd. Located on one of the best stretches of beach in South Carolina, this is sure to be the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. As you arrive, it won't be easy to keep the entire family from twisting and shouting out to the wide beach and waves. With a little help from your friends, you will be able to build an enormous sand castle or a yellow submarine. Not even the Taxman will be able to stop your family from having fun in the beautiful private pool or your relaxation reading a paperback book in one of the many comfortable loungers. If the crew would like to get out of the sun, head to the foosball or ping pong in the garage. The evenings are majestic at 502 Ocean Blvd - enjoy the sunset from one of the multiple oceanfront decks. No matter the day of the week, 502 Ocean Blvd at 502 Ocean Blvd has fun for everyone.

502 Ocean Blvd has a unique floor plan, perfect for large groups. The first level of this home features four bedrooms. In the primary bedroom is a king bed, access to the oceanfront deck, and a wonderful bathroom with a garden tub. The three other first-level bedrooms each offer a king bed as well. The living room, sitting room, kitchen, and dining room are located on the second level, featuring amazing oceanfront views from just about everywhere on this floor. The living room features a 66" TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and finished with granite countertops and has been renovated to include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas cooktop, and an ice maker. An additional refrigerator is located in the garage. The second level bedroom features a queen bed, while the third level makes the perfect sleeping arrangement for all the kids. Three bedrooms located on the third level feature a total of seven twin beds. The crew upstairs will have a blast away from the parents down below.

• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

When it is time to leave the house, you will find Sullivan’s Island and Fort Moultrie only 10 minutes away, as well as the City of Mt. Pleasant with its shopping and restaurants including the dining choices on Shem Creek. Historic Charleston is only 20 minutes from 502 Ocean Blvd.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
