Endless ocean views and luxurious resort amenities unite to make "Piper Point" at 710 Ocean Boulevard the premier oceanfront beach estate on the Isle of Palms. 710 Ocean Boulevard features six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, thousands of square feet of oceanfront decks, a rooftop deck, a fantastic private pool with a Baja shelf, and a hot tub. This home is a refreshing escape from reality offering the finest in oceanfront accommodations.

Every aspect of 710 Ocean Boulevard will exceed any family's expectations of a perfect escape to the beach. The private pool overlooking the Atlantic is wonderful, featuring a Baja shelf, which is the entry point of the pool. The shallow shelf extends to the main (deeper) pool and is perfect for setting up a beach chair or for young children to sit in the water and play. If a long day of surfing has your muscles sore, a session in the hot tub adjacent to the private pool is a must. Your family will find access to the beach a breeze with a private boardwalk to the best stretch of beach north of Charleston. Finally, 710 Ocean Boulevard features dazzling oceanfront views from two spacious oceanfront decks, plus a rooftop deck that is the highest point of any home along Ocean Boulevard. From the rooftop deck, your family will enjoy the view of Isle Of Palms Fishing Pier, Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, the Cooper River Bridge, the cargo ships moving in and out of Charleston Harbor, and on a clear day, Morris Island Lighthouse. The decks feature exterior furniture, an outdoor living area, a dining table large enough for your entire family, and a gas grilling station leading to hours of enjoyment. Between the private pool, hot tub, oceanfront decks, rooftop deck, and the beach, your family might never go inside.

The interior of 710 Ocean Boulevard is just as special as the exterior. On the first level, your family will marvel at the beauty of the great room, dining room, and spacious kitchen all with oceanfront views. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, and a large island, perfect for all gourmet chefs and their audiences. The great room is highlighted with the latest in electronics, professionally designed furnishings, and nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading out to the oceanfront deck. The oceanfront deck has outdoor seating for your entire family at dinner, plus a complete outdoor living room and a giant flat-screen television. There is a master suite with a king bed on the first level. Highlights of the first-level master suite include a large private bath and a separate sitting/den area.

The second level features four bedrooms, including two oceanfront master suites. Each bedroom features a private bath and a new king bed. The master suites each have direct access to the oceanfront deck that features enormous sliding glass doors that go nearly from floor to ceiling.

The third level of the home features the sixth bedroom with commanding views of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Nearly the entire floor comprises the sixth bedroom, which has a king bed and private bath. With direct access to the huge oceanfront rooftop deck, it is regrettable that only one couple has the opportunity to enjoy this bedroom.

Location, location, location! "Piper Point" at 710 Ocean Boulevard is located just a few blocks from "Front Beach" Isle of Palms. With a short bike ride or walk, your family will be able to enjoy shopping, dining, or ice cream along the oceanfront business district of the island. For the younger couples, an evening at the Windjammer has to be included where Hootie and The Blowfish got their start in Charleston. No worries, it is an easy walk home.

Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.

Beautiful - perfect location!

Beautiful home perfectly situated right on the beach. Perfect for families - our kids bounced between the pool (which has a wonderful shallow area for smaller children) and the beach, which was just steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The house is beautiful and location perfect—close enough to walk to the center of things but not super busy in front of the property. There were a few issues that came up during the week—not the fault of the owners or managers, just stuff that happens. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with and the issues were resolved. We would love to come back.
