Available for use: sunbathing lawn, terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Isola di Capo Rizzuto. The villa is located on a farm, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Washing machine. Television reception via satellite. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO2 detector and fire extinguisher. **Dogs** allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per stay. **Distances** Shopping 3.5 km (in winter 3.5 km), restaurant 900 m, town centre 4 km. A car is necessary for a relaxing holiday. Airport at Aeroporto Crotone/Sant'Anna 6 km. Railway station in Crotone 25 km.
