We were 6 people (2 young kids) and had a great time. The room was very comfortable and the staff were always available to assist with anything we needed. There’s a grocery store right below the hotel and we were able to get any supplies needed. The metro station is also close by, and if you were in the mood to climb a hill, there are some great local restaurants nearby.

Great hotel and amazing staff
Our stay was perfect as a family, its a bit expensive but worth every penny. I will sure comeback sometime in the future. Ibhave to mention the staff because they played a good part in the satisfaction we felt.

A perfect stay. Housekeeper Perihan did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment and Soner at the front desk was very helpful. Nothing much in the vicinity but the supermarket next door is big and well stocked. Only problem we have with property is we need to take taxi to & from property and nothing within close walking distance

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite and spacious. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel, EXCEPT breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels in the area. Customers get charged for ordering Latte or Cappuccino. Coffee and tea is complimentary. Food selection was also very limited.

The premises are well presented, the apartments are spacious and well organised. Also the location is quite convenient. A special mention to the staff: they are welcoming, supporting, competent and willing to go the extra mile for the guests (hotel reservations, Taxi bookings and so forth are carried out to perfection). Great Apartments
If you are looking for an apartment in Istanbul, this is a great property. The service is outstanding and the apartments are in excellent condition. The only thing missing is a restaurant, but they serve scramble Turkish eggs, Simit, yougurts and fruits in the morning that is a nice treat. I would stay here again

Great new facility. It lacks a resturant and lobby. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Hotel provide shuttle servive to 3 locations 2 malls a high end shopping area. The building has a good conveince store attached to it.
