1 BEDROOM SUITABLE IN THE CENTER OF BALNEÁRIO CAMBORIÚ, 200 METERS FROM THE BEACH
The property is located at Rua 1000 - privative garage, well ventilated and sunny, in a quiet street and at the same time one block from the beach, 70 meters from the boardwalk, backs of Lojas Americanas, on the street of the gallery that gives access to Camelódromo , close to several restaurants (under the building has the Mega Restaurant), hotels (Madeira Island and Sibara), Matriz Santa Ines church, and around an entire infrastructure, pharmacies, supermarkets, taxi rank, bus stop, hairdressers , parking lots, etc. The building has 2 elevators and a collective barbecue.
Note:

Excelente apartamento!!!

Estive com minha familia no apto por uma semana de 26/12 a 02/01/19 e o sr. Marco proprietário nos recebeu prontamente, foi muito atencioso, explicando prontamente todas as nossas perguntas. Apto excelente encontramos limpo e arrumado, idêntico as fotos. Ótima localização muito próximo a praia, tem tudo perto. Indico a todos.

melhor acomodação para 04 pessoas do que essa não podia ter,tanto eu quanto minha familia ficamos agradecidos pela estadia e num futuro próximo pretendemos voltar e se acaso estivermos só os 04 provavelmente locaremos de novo ,tanto o proprietário sr Marco como o zelador sr Luciano total presteza no atendimento,a proximidade com a praia e a tranquilidade do lugar só contribuiu para nossa estadia.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, no centro de Balneário! A Garagem é bem grande coube minha s10 tranquilamente, prédio com dois com elevadores. O zelador Luciano foi muito atencioso conosco, conforme combinei com o proprietário Marco foi tudo certo sem problema algum, pessoa honesta e séria, atendeu a todos os meus chamados, com certeza farei novas reservas com ele em seu apartamento, podem fechar negócio tranquilamente!

Muito bom.

Estive hospedado no feriado prolongado de 15 de novembro, o apto é bom, tudo que foi combinado com o proprietário foi cumprido, o zelador Luciano muito prestativo nos recepcionou muito bem, o apto é bem no centro... perto da praia, restaurantes, supermercados, não tirei o carro da garagem para nada! Possui uma vaga de garagem ampla, o que é um diferencial em Camboriú, pois o trânsito é sempre carregado, é muito difícil encontrar uma vaga na rua, além dos estacionamentos particulares serem muito caros! Enfim, voltarei com certeza!
