As imagens não refletem a realidade. Quarto fede a mofo, velho e banheiro sujo. Roupa de cama com cheiro de mofo. Nível do atendimento na recepção é péssimo. Não vale o que cobram. Café da manhã na média é melhor que o geral ( nota 6)

O hotel é bom e ficamos num quarto bem confortável e tudo muito tranquilo. Café da manhã com variedades e formidável. Só um ponto que não é favorável é a falta de estacionamento, pois tive que deixar o carro em um terceiro cerca de 200 metros longe do hotel.

O único ponto positivo é a localização, que é ótima mas de resto… café da manhã bem mais ou menos, ninguém te ajuda com as malas (primeiro hotel de vários que já fomos que ninguém nos ajuda) e simplesmente tomamos banho em uma água congelando porque o hotel estava com problemas, e não menos importante O ESTACIONAMENTO DESTRÓI O SEU CARRO pra entrar e sair dele! Com certeza absoluta não ficaremos uma segunda vez

No geral é ok, a atendente Alessandra nos ganhou por seu atendimento extremamente prestativo e com intenções de realmente manter o hóspede à vontade. Como chegamos mais cedo ao hotel foi liberado um quarto disponível, porém com janela para o hall do hotel, com barulho extremo durante todo o dia e a noite inclusive, o que nos fez pedir para que nos mudasse de quarto urgente pois estava impossível de conseguir dormir, é um quarto que infelizmente não deveria estar disponível nem para a pior pessoa ficar, nunca havia visto algo parecido, é um eco absurdo de qualquer pessoa que passa ou conversa no hall do hotel, em condições. Nos colocaram num quarto superior com zero barulho, chuveiro melhor porém a wifi praticamente não funcionava. Mas o mais importante é que conseguimos descansar. Indico pela atendente solícita e somente se ficar em quartos superiores.

Ficamos hospedados na suite deluxe, quarto confortável e limpo, porém o chuveiro deixou a desejar, no primeiro dia não conseguimos tomar banho quente, tomamos banho morno pra frio, entramos em contato com a recepção e nos informaram que era problema na caldeira. No dia seguinte a situação se normalizou, porém tornou a primeira diária desagradável. Essa é a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados no HM, na primeira vez também tivemos problemas com o chuveiro. Fica o alerta para o hotel.
