Great location and overall value. Although there was a plumbing issue leaving water on the floor my first day, they corrected the issue the following day. The staff is professional but doesn’t seem to be as friendly as other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Türkiye. Excellent traditional Turkish breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay at Mini Fuar Hotel in Izmir, Turkey. What made our experience especially memorable was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were **very, very helpful**, friendly, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the area, transportation, and places around the hotel. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady who prepared our breakfast. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She gave us an **Izmir transportation card** to use instead of having to buy a new one. She explained that she always keeps it to give to people who need it. We were able to add money to the card, use it during our stay, and returned it to her with great appreciation and thanks. That small gesture meant a lot to us. It showed how caring and generous the staff are—not just providing a service, but genuinely helping their guests. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location for exploring Izmir. We truly appreciated the hospitality and personal attention we received. **Thank you to the entire Mini Fuar Hotel team, especially the wonderful breakfast lady, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night.

For the price of a 2 stars hotel, it's decent value. The twin room assigned was spacious enough except the condition of the bathroom can be improved upon. Water damage to the bottom of the wall immediate adjacent to the shower stall is apparent. Laundry noise and vibration from the 4th floor could be a distraction for some guests. Staff was always courteous.

overall it's a good hotel.

room cleaning available every day. staff are very welcome. breakfast every day the same but good. cheese boiled eggs butter jelly honey some veggies. bread and cake. tea coffee milk and cereal. air conditioner was blowing hot air. tv was not working.

Although the room was a bit tired and need if updating, it did benifit from a kettle in the room and daily cleaning. The complimentary tea and water in the room was replenished daily. The breakfast was simple but adequate and plenteful with fresh cake every day. The staff were very friendly and helpfulful with a good standard of Eglishn language. I would stay here again.

It was okay, the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms were a bit old and there was a lot of noise coming from the street. The room was reeking of smoke and the room was very old. It is in general fine for travelers to get through the night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was even allowed to use the kitchen to make some meals. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh and good quality. Not much selection, however. Good quality tea, as is normal in Turkey. Coffee outside of Istanbul is pretty terrible - usually instant. The bed was great and king size. Shower was the downfall. In three days it was barely Luke-warm. On day one it was about the same temperature as the Mediterranean. Good location for taxi pick up, but a long way for public transportation. I walk everywhere so it was fine. But know your limits.

Bad experience bedbugs

This hotel is close to a lot of area. Food and staff are nice. Specially the evening guy don't know his name. The rooms are ok, the problem was that the room they gave me 204 has bedbugs.Thank God are stay there was 1 1/2 day. And we had to be at the Izmir airport at 3:00 am. This is a big issue they need to fix asap. The sad part they did not return my money back and for them is not a problem.

The rooms were small, but very efficient. The rooms were clean. There was housekeeping daily. There was extra available at any time. The couple that run the hotel are very lovely. It was great to have coffee and tea available all day as well as water.
