“A nice relaxing stop over with great views. ”

“Very quaint hotel - all the main sites in Arcos are easily walkable within a few minutes from the hotel. Some of the finishes are a bit dated - I think it's perhaps more of a 2-star hotel and even the plaque on the outside of the hotel only has 1 star but, as I understand it, the Spanish hotel rating system is undergoing updates. The room we got definitely had a different feel than the ones pictured online (again, more dated) but nevertheless it was comfortable and did the job for our……

“Todo correcto. Atentos a las peticiones que hicimos antes de ir y luego tratandote con gran amabilidad y cercanía. Excelente desayuno, variado, zumo de naranja natural, buen café, buenos embutidos. Todo ello servido en un coqueto patio andaluz, si era tu deseo o en pequeña cafetería , con vistas al patio. Cama comoda. Armario pequeño pero suficiente. Quizás algún cajón hubiera estado bien.”

“Hotel El Convento is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and charming hotels in Spain. It is a great value for the money. We loved the view from our balcony, and the friendly and accommodating staff. And you might run into Rick Steves if you stay there; he has a room dedicated to him in the hotel!”

“Petite chambre confortable. Elle manque un peu d'insonorisation. Les clients doivent être respectueux des autres et faire moins de bruits et ne pas mettre la television trop forte et tout serait parfait.”

“Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel.”

“Vackert, otroligt palats med fantastiska möjligheter för stora fester men vi två par hade det väldigt bra. Under lågsäsong skulle man säga till i förväg om man ville ha middag. Vi missade detta men vi fick ändå en trerätters måltid som var utmärkt.”

“Wifi fungerede ikke så godt i værelset men de var hurtige til at forsøge at forbedre det. Det virkede da også bedere men ikke super Alt i alt super venlig og fedt med parkerings plads lige foran”
