Traveling with just my 3 daughters, manager was very considerate and nice, placed us in a room close to the office. Our safety was his priority. Location is good, close to food and shopping. Overall was a good trip.

Requested extra pillow apparently unavailable. I also requested 2 extra towels cause i already knew i would need them a n d was told there are already towels in the room if you need extra come back later. The while point was to eliminate having to go back. However, room was pretty good

DONT STAY HERE

The MOST disgusting place ive ever stayed. Roaches, nasty bedding, wet carpet, foul odor. Just horrible. Stay anywhere else but here. If i could give negative stars, there wouldnt be enough. Plus, super rude management/owners

First when I got there he didn’t know I had already bought a room kept asking questions about it then, he had to call somebody then he asked if I wanted non-smoking and I said yes so when I get to the room the room smells like cigarettes

The property seemed clean enough. No staff. The handiman tried to help with check in. We asked to see the rooms and when my son tried to check the mattress for bed bugs the manager turned the lights off immediately. This happened in both rooms we looked at. It just made us suspicious that they were trying to hide something. We did not stay but of course we had to pay for the 2 rooms for 1 night.

At 1st i thought maybe it was gonna be bad to stay here the building looked older but when i opened the door i was very surprised by the room was very clean smelled good the bathriom was very very clean and the bed was just amazingly soft i would stay again Iand again and for a low low great price also the area was quiet and the office attendant was super cool

Multi problems with room...

The room smoke detector was broken, light cover was missing, the toilet seat was broken, the hot/cold tapes did not work correctly, their was mold on the walls, and the whole room smelt. Not to be recommended to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Staff very quick to assist with needs.

Room was marked incorrectly as nonsmoking, The staff made an immediate room change for us. And offered Apologies for the error and made corrections on their paperwork to properly label room.

it was nasty looked like there was blood splattered on the walls and in the bathroom they tried to make me pay for the hotel twice did not believe me that I had paid for it on the app and was very rude about it

Not worth the cost

This “hotel” is in serious need of not only upgrade but hasn’t even kept up with basic maintenence. Room was not very clean, carpet looked dirty, no covers on the ceiling light fixture in bathroomand over the sink. Toilet seat was so worn, you could see the wood under the paint. Shower curtain was gross. Expedia should remove this place from it’s listings.

No King Bed Rooms

When I booked this hotel (a week in advance) I booked a King size bed. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they didn't have any King size rooms available. There were not many cars in the parking lot leading me to believe that they probably don't have any King size beds at all. I asked for a discount, since I booked a King room and was given a Double room. He sternly stated, "NO DISCOUNTS!" I argued my case and he again said, "NO DISCOUNTS!", so I reluctantly took the double bed. I almost fell out of the bed several times during the night as I am used to sleeping in a King size bed. There were also ants in the bathroom and on the tub. This hotel is a very old hotel in bad need of updates. It is also overpriced for what you get. I will be staying somewhere else when I return to the area next week. BEWARE of this place. I hope this helps you make your decision about this hotel. Hotels.com also lists the checkout time to be noon, I was told that checkout time is 11:00 am. Seems there is much deception at this place.

Avoiding Long Drive to Turn Around and come Back i

I enjoyed my stay the bed was comfortable, Wi Fi works without hassles.I asked for a Handicap room I was given a room on the ground floor,however it lacks the Handicap part such as tall facilities and grab bars in the bath.
