Shop 1.5 km, supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop "cerca de calle Gagliari" 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 450 m, rocky beach "Benissero" 20 m. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Attention: Groups of teenagers are not accepted.
