Summary:
The rental price must be payed per bank-transfer. The following additional expenses are to pay:
guarantee 500 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
included electricity till 100 kwh/week and water till 12 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay)
Between November till March the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed fully per consumption.
The Space:
Wonderful villa with a private pool and summer kitchen, barbecue area, and a secluded terrace.
The house has two apartments (which are only rented together to one tenant):
The main apartment on the upper floor has a large living-dining room (with air conditioning), a large kitchen (with dishwasher), two bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and two bathrooms.
The apartment on the lower floor has a small living room (with a sofa bed for two children), two bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and two en-suite bathrooms.
There is a summer kitchen with a barbecue directly by the pool. There is also a solar panel system, which ensures low electricity consumption.
There is a large parking lot that can accommodate several cars.
Small dogs (up to 10 kg and over 1 year old) are welcome upon request.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (families with children or couples aged 25 and over are preferred).
During the off-season, only the upper apartment can be rented for 4 people (the other apartment will remain locked and unoccupied).
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area. There are several pebble coves (with good restaurants) nearby; the Arenal sandy beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
Small dog till 10 kg (and more than 1 year old) is possible on request. Families are preferred or couples of 25 years forward (no single groups allowed).
