"The hotel is comfortable and accesible to Iowa State University. Staff is polite and attentive. On the downside, the building is old. Elevators are slow. My room, although refurbished and modern, didnt have very good WiFi signal and air conditioning might be noisy"

"The location is in downtown Boone within walking distance to the restaurants, bakery, and ice cream shop! It was a quick drive to the Rail explorers ! I highly recommend this location! It had everything we needed . This is set up like a studio apartment and the sofa easily converted to a bed."
