Siempre me gusta quedarme en este Hotel por su buen servició al cliente, en esta ocasión me dieron en el piso 5to y no el 6to como siempre y se supone que soy cliente VIP, desayuno en esta ocasión no se que pasó y no me dieron el mismo trato, el baño no estaba muy limpio y fueron 2 veces a limpiar y siguió igual sin limpiarlo.

The room and building were beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. Though most staff didn’t speak English, they were prepared for us with a printed welcome and very patient with our bumbling Spanish. The included breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The only disappointment was that the out door jacuzzi was cold. It would be great in the summer but we were unable to use it in the winter.
