Never again!
Room was dirty (hairs in the shower and used soap still inside the bathroom). The only window of the bedroom was facing a wall with lots of concrete and stones on the ground. The bed was big but super fast, with only a thin bed sheet. The lobby was really noisy every morning with people speaking extremely loud since 6-6:30am, everyday..... Only good things I found were: Location, 2min walk from the beach A/C, very powerful WiFi, signal was good enough to watch videos on YouTube.

Foram três dias ,uma desilusão não tinha água que é o mínimo. Colchões velhos , quartos cheirando a mofo sei porque tinha que usar outros quartos porquê não tinha água nem pra escovar os dentes. E tinha que ficar indo em outros pra usar. Os funcionários estavam até com vergonha . Se eu pudesse cancelar teria feito na hora e ido pra outro hotel mas ia perder todo o dinheiro. Enfim o hotel nem pode ser chamado de hotel .Tem que fechar as portas pois não corresponde a foto . Nem ao que diz estou até pensando em entrar nas pequenas causas.

A equipe toda é muito solícita e simpatica. O café da manhã tem 3 opções de frutas. 2 opções de sucos naturais que variam conforme o dia. 2 opções de biscoitos. Uma opção de bolo. Pao tipo frances. Geleia. Requeijão. Manteiga. 2 opções de salgados tipo coquetel. Frios de queijo e presunto. Granola. ALL bran. Cuscuz. Molho de salsicha. Ovos mexidos. Tapioca feita na hora a pedido: manteiga, queijo, ovos, queijo e presunto. Leite e cafe. Iogurte. Não recebi a confirmação da reserva pelo hotel. Liguei poucas horas antes do check in e a recepcionista tratou de organizar minha estadia. Ao chegar informaram ter ocorrido problemas no sistema para reservar mas prontamente me colocaram em um quarto disponível. Era menor do que o reservado mas com todos os itens de comodidade. No segundo dia adequaram conforme a reserva e no terceiro nos mudaram para um quarto bem melhor do que o reservado. A equipe soube muito bem sanar o problema. Equipe ótima.

Localização muito boa. Porém o restante o hotel deixa a desejar em quase tudo, desde os quartos que as roupas de cama são branca encardidas, mau cheiro no quarto e no banheiro, até os funcionários que são pessoas prestativas porém precisam de treinamentos específicos para lidar com os hóspedes, durante a noite, dos quartos de baixo da pra ouvir o barulho da tv q fica ligada na recepção, e pessoas conversando. O café da manhã também muito simples.
