Mood Hotel
Travel with family and stay in family suite. Room is spacious. However, hotel leverages on public car park, so hotel guests are expected to pay for parking. Although no signage about food, hotel guests couldn’t eat in hotel lobby. No cupboard for clothing in room.

Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Please was ery spacious and clean, staff provided detailed instructions and support and was extremely friendly and helpful. There was also food/grocery right downstairs

St. Giles Southkey
Room was huge and sufficient for family of 4 (1 Teenager and 1 child). Hotel has direct access into shopping map which is a bug plus point. Try parking at B1 instead of B2. More lots
