“We had a fantastic stay here. The house was very spacious and had all the utilities we needed. The house is very clean and well kept and our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to access Yosemite easily from the house as well. The house was also close to restaurants and the supermarket in Groveland. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Owner was nice. Place was very clean except for cobwebs in the high ceilings and windows. Our stay was nice and very quiet. Outdoor deck has a beautiful view. A few quirks to overcome. Cooking in the downstairs attached residence permeates to the rental area. Photo shows upstairs loft and room at the end of the hall which was locked and occupied by the owner. “Pros: - Nicely updated house is large enough for a family of 5 - Good size 3 bedrooms - Updated and functional kitchen - The house is clean and well maintained - 12 minutes' drive from Marina; 5 minutes' drive to Dunn beach - The property manager responded promptly and helped us to fight with flies and ants in the house - WiFi speed is sufficient to work remotely - AC keeps the temperature inside the house Cons: - Undisclosed steep driveway which minivan with a hitch attached can't access ……

“Sugar pine challet is in the perfect location for easy ski trips to Bear Valley, Big trees, and hiking. There is an enchanting fire circle area with bistro lights. The general store is super close for anything you may have forgotten. The fenced yard is perfect for allowing your fur baby some freedom to run out energy. The size is perfect for 6 people, and clean and comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay so much I'm already checking my calendar for when we can go back!”
