"Nice hotel rooms and nice view. Breakfast is underwhelming as compared to the Oasis hotel across the street. Oasis has lower prices and better breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the Lighthouse. However, the Lighthouse staff are much less friendly and less helpful than the Oasis. Overall, the Oasis seems like a much better value."

We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive.
Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre.
These could have been set up by the pools or beach.

"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included).
