“Pros: The property is very comfortable, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and has all the facilities you may possibly need. The location and neighborhood is very beautiful, I enjoyed nice and pleasant walks with my family every evening. Susanna is an amazing host, she responds promptly to the messages on Holidu, is very helpful and hospitable.

“Wir waren mit Hund herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmergröße war gut, alles war sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal! Direkt vorm Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle und man ist in gut einer Stunde in der Innenstadt. Aber auch das Umland des Hotels hat einiges zu bieten, z.B. die Alster als kleines Spazier- und Wandergebiet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man im Hotel selbst eigentlich kaum……

“Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen”

“Alles war gut. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Check-in etc.Einziger Kritikpunkt, das (Schlaf-)Sofa war voller Tierhaare und hatte 2 größere Flecken. Nicht so schön. Außerdem konnte man das Wohnzimmer garnicht abdunkeln, was dazu führte, dass man sehr früh wach war.Schade auch, dass nur wenige normale TV Sender zu sehen waren.Aber die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.”
