“El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones de buen tamaño y comodas. Si va a viajar por el metro queda a 15 minutos a pie y estan reparando los alrededores por lo que todo esta lleno de tierra. Y es tipo airbb no hay front desk. Para el chek in mandan un link para que manden otro codigo para accesar al hotel. Esto es un poco inconveniente.”

“The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB……

“Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck, hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können, mit mehr Personen in der Wohnung wäre es etwas knapp geworden ;-) Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.”

While Hamburg, in general, is very expensive this flat appealed to us also because it was one of the more affordable places. Our hosts were super nice, forthcoming, helpful and inviting with everything from check-in to our stay and our check-out, when handling questions or helping out in applying for a temporary parking permit. “This flat provided everything for our family's city break. A really good sized flat and in an excellent position to explore the city. Just be aware of the stairs if you have a buggy or stroller. We would definitely stay there again.”

“整體飯店的服務還不錯，但是在第二天晚上一整晚房間上方都有機器操作的聲音非常吵沒辦法睡覺，打給飯店人員也沒辦法解決，一直到半夜12點多才停下來，這樣的問題嚴重影響房客休息應該要解決．”

“We stayed in this hotel 4,5 times already. Location is perfect as it’s right in front of the Hamburg central station. Room is small but clean. Free voucher for the local transportation system is greatly appreciated. Breakfast has ample selection with both hot and cold dishes. No complaint.”
