You'll be spoiled for sightseeing choice when in Mylapore Tiruvallikk. Kamakshi Amman Temple is a good place to start here, but there are many other worthwhile spots to explore. Marina Beach, Consulate General of the United States, Chennai, and Kapaleeswarar Temple are close to the place of worship and and will cap off your day nicely.
