"The place is a bargain - and well equipped. We stayed for almost 3 months and found it clean, comfortable and very convenient to stores and town. With Main Street so close, much is within walking distance like restaurants, shops and other conveniences. The lake is a stones throw away and we often did the pleasant walk around it. Lloyd was an amazing host and could not have been more responsive to even the smallest of needs. We intend to book Lloyd's place any time we are out there."

"We wanted an easy-access, clean and quiet place to stay while attending a family wedding north of Fort Collins.This studio apartment exceeded our expectations. Very nicely set up, with the bedroom separate from the main living space. One could live there quite comfortably - has plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathing and "relaxing" supplies (even board games!) Decorated with a Rocky Mountain vibe. Has pleasing views, an easy neighborhood with open space for walking, and I-25 is convenient but doesn't intrude there. We appreciated the personal touches, like fresh flowers, that made this stay special. And when we accidently set off the automatic garage door opener, Kelly fixed the problem immediately and with a touch of humor. We definitely recommend this property, thanks."
