(59 reviews) Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay. (37 reviews) The room overall was nice with the separate washroom and traditional shower, a kitchen, and a TV. The only bad part was the cleanliness of the couch and beds. The couch had an unlimited amount of stains from who knows where. The beds also had a bit of a stench to them, but you get used to it after a bit. (710 reviews) This hotel was one of my favourite hotel. Room was cozy, nice, tidy and modern. They had washer and dryer so i could do the laundry. There's paid vehicle parking at a discounted rate in the multi-storey carpark beside the hotel. There's a nice small japanese restaurant beside the hotel on the ground floor that sells excellent grilled Saba fish and unagis. It's a nice walkable distance to the nearby shopping street with alot of food there as well. (243 reviews) I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was amazing as we love Japanese-style Western style, a very unique thing you can only experience in Japan. The hotel is very close to all the attractions and activities you are do in the area. As we drove, it was a different experience as to if you entered the theme park from the main entrance. You don't need a theme park ticket to stay in the hotel, but if you have a ticket, the hotel will give you another ticket for the next day for free. Pro: Hotel Guest parking is inside the park area, you don't really need to walk too far with suitcases. The main attractions and restaurants are walking distance. Con: We just happened to be doing the 'Stamps Collecting' activity, where we had to walk around the theme park, otherwise we would completely miss some of the photo spots closer to the main entrance.
