“No hair dryer, no extra towels, not enough kitchen utensils, no cutlery at all. Needed to cut meat and there was not one knife to use on our steaks. No grill for our steaks either. Two sinks leaking when water turned on. Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable with both my husband and I sinking towards the middle and sheets on two bedrooms were filthy. ”

“The stay was comfortable. I would stay again. Only questionable request from the owners was in reference to the quilts on the beds. The note that was left stated for us NOT to use the decorative pillows and covers on the beds because it’s for decoration (understandable); however, there wasn’t anything left to replace them.”

“Traveling from Arizona to spend a week watching our daughter and her college softball team playing spring ball. This VRBO is a 5-STAR must stay when visiting Melbourne, Coco Beach or the USSSA Space Coast Complex for softball. This VRBO has it all and provided all for us during our stay. We had to cook for over 30 HANGRY softball girls and their families and this unit provided everything to make it happen. Grocery store is right around the corner, beverages are next door and if needed . . McD's……

“I liked how the property management company made it easy for us to access the unit independently with keyless entry. I also like that we didn't have to check in with a physical person and could instead only reach out if we needed anything. We had all the needed information for the gate code and unit entry code as well as check-out protocols days before our check-in Kid-friendly area Basic appliances like rice cooker air fryer coffee maker and skillet were provided Knives and silverware……

“Clean, comfortable and amazingly well equipped for a short or extended stay. Close to the pool and an exercise, recreation facility that exceeds expectations. (No trip to the gym necessary when staying here - it has all you need.) While we were a small group it is easy to see how a large family or group of friends could share a few, or many, days at this location.”

“We did find many challenges. It seems that the owner is a bit on the cheap side and is looking to save money on utilities. Too many limits on the HVAC temp ranges and low wattage lightbulbs were annoying. Dim lighting made reading in the evening a challenge. If you spend time in the unit and like watching television you will be frustrated with the Roku TV device. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and routinely drops, particularly in the bedrooms. Most of the time there is no reception which also impacts……

“The home was nice, clean, and organized. Was such as escape to be in an area where there is almost not foot traffic and vehicles passing by.”

“Everything was as expected. It was close to the things we wanted to see. Communication with the owner was well done. We would stay there again if we come again.”

“Overall my stay was nice. The apartment is very out dated needs a lot of repairs man things broken I text the owner so I won’t be charged for anything that was already broken and outdated. House dirty dust stuck to ceilings . But again my stay was great due to I did my cleaning and made the best of everything .”

“While the access to the secure property was a little confusing, everything worked as instructions given. Accommodating place to stay but AC in unit was so loud, watching TV or relaxing in the living room was not possible. Great hosts. No problems with communications.”

“SOLO Tiny House was the perfect size for my stay in Kissimmee to visit with my daughter and family. It is a little gem on a quiet private lot. I found everything I needed and it was fresh and clean. Best of all the owner Gloria treated me like family! I look forward to coming back on my next visit.”
