Overlooks Keystone Lake w/ Mountain Views from Private Balcony, Near Shuttle!

This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.

The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.

The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

Really beautiful!

It was lovely! The space was gorgeous with great views and amazing amenities. Only things that were disappointing was how squishy the bed was and that the TV was pretty dated but otherwise everything was perfect and I wish I could live here.

Lovely get-away

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The small balcony had a lovely view of the lake. We preferred sleeping on the sofa bed as opposed to to the bed by the window because the mattress was firmer and not so much light was shining in on us. Location is perfect.

I've rented this exact unit several times and it is ALWAYS on point! So clean! Kitchen is well stocked with everything I need. Great location on the lake and the views are absolutely second to none! I love this little condo!

Unit was clean and quiet. Accomodating.

White the unit was cozy and comfortable, we had some dissappointment in the lack of "Christmas" at the complex. The pictures showed lights and Christmas Tree on the lake. The tree was half assembled the entire three days we were there. Hardly no lights at the complex at all. Woke up at 6am on Monday to the Zamboni outside the unit window that ran on the lake until after 9am.

Plenty things around to do, eat, and shop. We had our two little kids and they loved the bed by the window. It was pretty quite during our stay and very peaceful. We definitely took advantage of the wood fireplace while it snowed outside. We would stay here again. The bathroom sink was a little slow to drain, but that is hardly anything. Just worth mentioning so it can be looked at.

Wonderful property!

This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was clean on arrival well appointed. Our plan was to come to Keystone. Enjoy the mountains and watch the Olympics. However, immediately NO TV FUNCTIONING. We immediately called, and was told someone needed to be out later that evening. Got the same run a round w promises for THREE days. Everybody passed the buck on to someone else, but we never got any help. Nice “sorrries”, but no TV. WE LEFT TODAY after 4 days, very disappointed-NO PM OLYMPICS Then, as we were preparing to leave to decide to use the laundry down the hall -swalloes$1.75, NO WORKING. DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. REIMBURSEMENT. CALL 517-290-0701.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process was great, room was as advertised and everything was clean. A few issues ........the loud music at the ice rink and the sound of people walking above us. The bed was quite uncomfortable along with the pillows. After snowboarding I was ready to sleep at 8-830 (my 8 y/o son went to sleep at 8pm both nights he was so spent. He mentioned the music was irritating him also. The music stopped between 9-930 and I was able to sleep then. Maybe if they turned the volume down a bit earlier it would have been helpful.The location was great though and there is plenty to do in the area. I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of the loud music and uncomfortable bed, but I feel like the value was there for someone willing to put up with those few things. Me personally I’d rather pay more for something quieter and more comfortable.

Loved it!!

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! We had a blast on the paddleboats on the lake, the Rathbone taproom was fabulous, and the Nowhere Pizza Pub was excellent! We will be back.
