The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made."

Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working.
