Very convenient when you want to do tourist attractions such as northern lights tour and they pick you up there - it’s listed as one of the hotels for pickup locations. It was pretty warm inside with insulated heating and a brick wall in your room. They also provided free breakfast, cozy common room, gym, sauna, pool to use. Right next door is the arctic thai and grill restaurant so it’s very convenient to get food there within 2 min walking distance. Also it’s an 8min walking distance from the airport bus that drops you off. Make sure to get off at the last stop which is in Old Kiruna city.

This hotel was fantastic! Very beautiful, it smelled lovely, and the rooms were amazing. The thoughtfulness of the hand written card and candy in the room upon check-in was so kind. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to visit again one day! Thank you!

staff was helpful, hotel is nice. the only thing that we arrived early 2 hours before check in at 2pm and was offered to check in early with a fee. We absolutely don't mind paying but why would we get charged when the room is ready is ready? I totally can understand fee for late check out but for early check in?
