"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"

"I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. If you're coming from the airport, I'd probably take the subway, transferring at hakata from the orange line to the green line. There's only a few escalators to deal with, and once you get to...

"The apartment was clean and very roomy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Honestly a great location and fantastic place. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the following:
- Be aware they only provide one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no matter the length or number of people who are staying.
- There are also no broom or vacuum available in the property, so you can't really clean if you stay a little while.
- There was no oil or salt and pepper to do any cooking. It'd be really handy to...

"It's a really small room. It's located near Hakata station, but it's quite far to get there. so you may take a bus to go to downtown. It's not bad to stay for one person alone.
When I stayed there, the internet service are not available and I tried to make it rework, but failed and spent a lot of time to do it. I kept to communicate with the company ( it runs by unmanned business ), but they didn't give me feedback how to fix it. so I COULD NOT USE internet for a trip at the accommodation."

"The staff and service are superb, the rooms are spacious, and all the amenities you need are available. The showers are fantastic and don’t leak! Overall, it was an extraordinarily good stay and excellent value."
"Compared to other hotels in Japan we have stayed at the room was very spacious. Good facilities, helpful staff and a good location for walking to Hakata station. Also loads of good food spots in the surrounding area."
"It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were several eating places steps away and across the street. Lawsons right next door. Big department stores right down the street so it was in a very convenient area. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was an ironing press and some kind of washing machine in the room (instructions in Japanese and we didn't need it so we didn't inquire). The staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English. There was coffee, water, and all kinds of free amenities in the lobby like room slippers, shower caps, etc. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. "
"Hakata train station is right across the street. There is a Ichiran in the nest building. Clean. Convenient. Staff was very nice. Walking distance to canal shops. "
