“This rental was wonderful! It is so comfy and cozy I could easily live in it year round. The proximity to the beach was perfect: very easy walk. The back yard was great for the dogs. They thought of everything, gas firepit, bbq, and a hot tub, with lots of privacy on the outside. “Thank you! This place is beautiful, peaceful and, joyful. We loved our stay. Kayaking on the shallow river, grilling hamburgers and using the hot tub! It was nice to wake up and see a beautiful peaceful barn with horse and the river. It had a very easy location to go where we wanted to go. We had an amazing trip! Cynthia”

Our place was clean and comfortable, with everything needed to feel right at home. Truly the perfect location (just outside the Redwoods Park) and ambience after two days of hiking. “I have mostly good things to say, but the neighborhood was not great and no hot tub on property. Extremely clean, easy check in, very attentive owners. A local young man greeted us shortly after arrival, nice touch. We thought we left something behind and owners responded immediately. The inside is as described. Upstairs has very low ceilings. “Cozy little cottage that was just a minute walk from the beach, and a 10 minute walk from the lighthouse. The owner left a bowl of fresh produce for us from the local farmers market which we used in our dinner each night. The cupboards and fridge were stocked with the necesssities which we were happy to have when cooking dinner. “Enjoyed staying here after long day exploring the redwoods. Everything met or exceeded expectation!”

“The property itself is gorgeous. Inside the cottage however, there were some house keeping issues when we arrived: old coffee spill stains on the stove top, crumbs from old food were left in the microwave and toaster oven, all of the drawers where eating utensils were kept also had diet and old crumbs of food, one burner did not work on the stove top, all outside chairs and barbecue had dirt and cobwebs all over them.
