Breakfast was horrid. Light went out in bathroom middle of night. Had to hear fog horn all night, not hotel’s fault, just an FYI. Staff was great. Got food poisoning from local restaurant. Clean room only nice thing about property.

Great place to stay, easy to find, quiet. Only problem occurred was the TV was locked with parental code that even the staff were unable to remedy. Defeats the purpose of having updated large flat screen if its unusable. Otherwise this place was fabulous

The room was good. We stayed two nights. The first night was in a "seaside" room. The monitor at the front desk mentioned a fog horn. When asked about this horn, the desk clerk said it wasn't very noticeable and at times couldn't be heard. Nothing was further from the truth. The fog horn sounds every 8 seconds 24/7. The horn work us up constantly. The next day, we asked to be moved to a street-side room, which the desk clerk did. This was a big improvement, and we couldn't hear the horn. We recommend the hotel, but don't recommend the seaside rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great.

We will definitely be back we really liked this hotel we got the room with the hot tub it was nice and relaxing after a long walks and hikes and the breakfast was really good it was better than a continental breakfast they had scrambled eggs and sausage and the waffle machines and cappuccino machine plus all the other basic breakfast items

Crescent City - at least on the rainy late-March day we were there - seems kind of a seedy oceanfront town in northern California. Not without its charms, but it’s not Nice. This looks to be the best hotel in the area, on Highway 101 just before you hit downtown. It’s perfectly nice, clean, well managed. And we had a nice suite (2 Queen and 1 King bed) for a very reasonable (off-season?) price. We were on a Redwoods tour, starting in Santa Rosa and driving all the way up to Crescent City, overnight there, and back down the next day. It’s a good hotel for that purpose. Certainly recommend staying there if you need a hotel in this area.

Nice size room with electric fireplace. We liked that our family could get 3 queen beds that were overall comfortable. Nice and clean too with decent breakfast.

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional office staff. ( even though 2 of the ones we encountered were newly hired and needed assistance from another staff member, everything was great ) For a hotel as nice as this is, you’d expect a better breakfast with more choices. Typical morning offerings from a cheaper hotel ( scrambled eggs, milk, bagels, toast, coffee and fruit juices )

Everything was clean, the people were friendly, and the breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. So I would recommend it. The decor and furnishings are a bit old-fashioned, but that didn't bother me. The building is handsome and the room spacious.
