"The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration. We had text and phone contact before the stay with the owners, and they were very nice and helpful with their suggestions for places to see, and what to...

"The house is well appointed, extremely comfortable and spacious. Felt more like a rental home, than a rental house. Great jump off point for exploring the Redwoods and local beaches. We highly recommend the property to anyone needing to stay in the Crescent City area. We’ve rented a lot of coastal homes, this is definitely one of the best."

"Very nice home and location. You could spend a whole weekend just by foot walking to the nearby beaches, light house, brewery, pier, tide pools, post office, etc. we only had to go into town once to the supermarket that was less than 5 mins away. This home has so many extra amenities like the outdoor hot tube with a view of the lighthouse and the sea. This home definitely had a welcoming vibe with great quality of all the important details plus you can feel the care and appreciation the owners...

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean and well kept. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and 2-year-old. Plenty of space for us to relax and beach access was a few minutes walk away. The manager made sure we had everything we needed and I'm sure would have been quick to respond to any issues, though we had none during our 5 nights stay. Highly recommended!"

"My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well supplied."

"This rental did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Our daughter got married in the Redwoods and we needed a place that we could host a small reception. This property seemed way bigger than the square footage listed. The backyard and patio area were perfect for our small gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. "We were there for four nights meeting friends and family. We all loved the high end remodeling of the house. Plenty of room to relax after the ancient forest and coastline wonders. We love crescent city and will return to Taylor II if we need lots of room. Our vote for best place to eat is The Good Harvest."

"Wonderful property, my wife and I don’t travel as much as we’d like to, so when we do, we like to stay at nicer properties. We did some hiking each morning, we’d stop for lunch, head back to the property, soak in the hot tub and then make dinner in this awesome kitchen. Place was super clean and kept in top shape."

"You really need to up date atleast couches and kitchen table chairs ... i could not sit on those couches they sunk in not good for older people in thier 50s .. kitchen table chairs where so short even 6 ft people looked like they needed something under them. You need more bigger bowls . You allow up to 10 people but only have like 1 big bowl to hold food . But the house was very nice with a beautiful view. Was hard to get to beach because you have to climb over a bunch of drift wood and large...

"The home itself was great, came with all basic necessities needed, comfortable space and nice yard. The one downside was the bugs - a lot of cobwebs in the house, spiders and slugs. Overall good place to stay in a quiet area that is easy to find in the heavy fog. Easy access to Redwoods either direction too. "
