The restaurants were good, beds were hard air conditioning wasn't working right. We had to come back three times until almost 5 o'clock to get into our room. They weren't ready. Parking wasn't the greatest. had to walk a long ways in the hot sun.

Excellent Highly recommended

The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.

Had a terrible experience the room that I selected and paid for was unavailable when I arrived. The hotel offered a standard king room without any adjustments. During my stay at night I noticed that there was not black out curtains in the room. The interior of the room was clearly visible from the outside and at night the streetlights were shining light directly into the room. In the morning guess what the sun was in the room. This was a nightmare, in the morning I went to report this to the front desk and the worker told me they don’t have any more curtains and that they are on order. I planned to stay 3 nights but this nightmare hotel is experience had to end I checked out that morning. This places not deserve the “premier” in its name. Nor does this deserve the stars it has. The hotel staff offered no discount, no refund. They said call the 3rd party, they meant Call Expedia to see if there’s something they can do for you.
