Disliked: Amenities
Apartment unavailable - in spite of Renters allowing me to book it online. Renters offered an unacceptable alternative. Impossible to get through to Renters on the phone. Repeated attempts to contact Renters via Expedia and their own platform failed to resolve refund. Thankfully Expedia finally resolved refund on my behalf. I will never use Renters again.
