The location and direct access to public transit and the central train station was great. The room size and bed were comfortable. The environment stayed quiet. The breakfast was always very complete, and they always had a jar of cookies in the lobby that were very yummy.
The design of the building was a little jumbled. I needed to take 2 different elevators to reach my 3 story room along with 2 different short stairways. This can be challenging with luggage in tow. The staff at the desk was helpful in assisting me navigate this path with my heavy luggage, but still an inconvenience. One evening the 2nd elevator was completely incapacitated and I needed to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
