"Great communication prior to our arrival and welcomed in person when we got there. We had a couple of issues that were mainly out of the hosts control, but I can't fault the speed at which he addressed and rectified our concerns. It is a charming property with various areas for both family time and some privacy."

"Our host Elke was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, even when we arrived in the dark around 9:45 in the evening. We had everything we needed in our little house, even an espresso maker! We enjoyed the pool, and we ate dinner outside on the patio nearly every night. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the local grocer. I would highly recommend this house and Elke as a host!"

"Nice house , enough space for 6 ppl. Very quiet area . Nice to have dishwasher. 5min walk from the rocky beach. The closest sandy beach around 20 min walk . We didn't use jakuzzi as the water inside was dirty. Loads of places to walk around and enjoy beautiful ocean view ."

"Overall the villa was fairly good, but we did experienced some problems: Mainentrance door was very difficult to open, no light in 1 bedroom, dishwasher and stove didn't worked. After a phone call the door and light was fixed, but the dishwasher and stove didn't worked during our stay. Outdoor area and terrace was excellent. Very few restaurants in this area."

"We really enjoyed our 10 days in Villa Iris. Communication prior to stay was very good, check in easy with tour of villa. Very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub was a bonus on chilly evenings. Best part for us is the sun terrace on top of house so you can always relax in the sun. "

"Had an amazing holiday and the apartment was beautiful and had everything you need. If I had any negative the only thing I would say was the television lacked British channels. I would definitely use this apartment again. Everything was very central and the restaurants locally were amazing. Thank you again"

Hemos venido de allí encantados, ya que tiene una zona exterior ideal donde relajarse y compartir momentos en familia, wifi súper rápido, piscina y vistas al mar desde cualquier parte de la casa. Tiene una ubicación ideal para dar paseos cerca del océano y está próximo al ambiente de El Médano, pero en una zona tranquila. Repetiremos!"

"The room/villa was large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the sun lounger sstem of booking worked very well. On site supermarket, though small, was usefull. The staff were fantastic. Car parking in the area is horrendous, but onsite carpark good, though it costs."
