"When we arrived the hosts were VERY thorough; here are the plates, knives, forks, fridge, washing machine, washing machine manuel. The tour took 30 mins! When we finallu asked, "where is the pool?", we were told to arrange a time and we could use it. When we did this the next day, we were told it was broken, and broke two days before our arrival. We received no communication prior to check in regarding the pool and the hosts were misleading when we checked in. There is another review from April...

"A very well presented and comfortable apartment with all the facilities you need for a care-free holiday. Large lounge and kitchen areas, with flat screen TV and fast internet. Comfy beds and excellent bathroom with shower. Hot water always available. Covered car parking. Easy access to local shops and Puerto de la Cruz by car for the beaches, shopping and night life. "I found the small apartment as described in the ad. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is no "normal" coffee machine and no German television program. But otherwise everything is available. The landlords are very nice and helpful. You can walk to La Paz and downtown Puerto, Tenerife is always downhill or uphill.
