Le personnel d'accueil sympathique, l'appartement Ă©tait sale, une odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able sous l'Ă©vier avec socle de meuble trĂšs sale. Tuyau de douche sale, encrassĂ©, les rainures des fenĂȘtres, trĂ©s sales. Je ne parle de l'Ă©tat des murs, plafonds, des joints de carrelage dans la salle bain. Les travaux dans cet appartement n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© fait par un professionnel.Les finitions sont minables. Étant moi-mĂȘme un investisseur dans l'immobilier, j'aurai honte de louer un tel appartement. Les photos vont le prouver. Les volets, cĂŽtĂ© intĂ©rieur sont trĂšs sales.La peinture des volets cĂŽtĂ© façade est toute ecaillĂ©e. Il faut rĂ©nover cet appartement absolument.Voici huit photos, et j'en ai d'autres
