This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lock-off property at the popular Legacy Villas community is positioned within very close walking distance from the main pool, but is far enough away for the perfect rest and relaxation. The living room is outfitted with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded stainless steel appliances and all cookware needed for a comfortable vacation. The spacious patio overlooks the panoramic mountains and beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, and Smart TV with cable channels and the bathroom has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. This property also comes with a private washer/dryer, perfect for extended stays!

Guests have full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities- including a fitness center, 12 pools/spas, and an onsite weekend cafe! Also enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!
