Brand new listing! Welcome to your spectacular dream vacation home located in the prestigious Griffin Ranch gated community. Prepare to be immersed in total luxury and relaxation in this beautiful resort oasis boasting a spacious open layout with over 4,150 sqft that harmoniously balances contemporary design with traditional comfort.

Entering through the front gate you’re immediately transported to your own vacation paradise. The massive courtyard greets you with custom pavers, large Pebble Tec saltwater pool and spa, misting system, 2 TV’s, heat lamps, built-in BBQ, mini fridge, 8-seat outside dining table, 6 lounge chairs, 2 lighted umbrellas, and a large conversational sectional. The huge firepit is perfect for cozying up on those cool desert evenings, or you can make your own tee time with the lighted 5-hole putting green. There is also an additional outside lounging area off the den with a firepit and beautiful mountain views!

Bring the outside in with 10 foot tall, 22-foot-wide double sliding glass doors that open the living room to the courtyard creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. The heart of the home is a fully equipped chef's kitchen, boasting exquisite quartz countertops, a custom backsplash, and top-of-the-line Thermador appliances. Cook like a pro with double ovens, a 6-burner gas range with a grill top, 2 sinks, and a built-in beverage fridge. The spacious kitchen island is perfect for casual dining or entertaining. Every kitchen accessory you could need is at your fingertips, making meal prep and serving a breeze, whether you're indoors or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Beautiful home

We loved the house. The layout of the home gave everyone spaciousness and privacy if they wanted or needed it and also offered rooms that we could all gather in. We used the kitchen daily. It was well equipped for indoor and outdoor dining. The outdoor space was also beautiful and had comfortable seating for everyone. The pool and spa was great and was well maintained. I would highly recommend this home.
