Beautiful location in La Rochelle

Excellent accommodation with all amenities provided, topped off with a magnificent outlook from the lounge and balcony as shown in the photographs. Mr Mercier is a caring and attentive host making a very enjoyable stay.

Bright, clean and modern with a lovely balcony and full sea view

Very comfortable, with easy and secure parking. A very convenient base for touring and visiting Ile de Ré. Shortish walk to a good selection of restaurants and shops in La Rochelle but there is a decent little cafe around the corner if you don't want to venture too far.

Perfect break

Good value, modern apartment, would recommend to friends. Positive contact from manager/owner, good assistance from key holder as route was closed in many places , due to roadworks. Came and collected us from town center !

Met aandacht

Heerlijk appartement. Zeer aardige eigenaar, waarmee ik contact had over de bedden, het huren van fietsen, probleempje oplossen. Heel attent. We hebben genoten, fijne buurt voor de boodschappen en op de fiets of met de bus, snel in het centrum. Eb een heerlijke lunch of borrelplek op de hoek.

Un choix parfait à la Rochelle

D'abord notre hôte. Super sympa, il répond à la moindre demande de manière très réactive. L'appartement: très joli, on voit que ce n'est pas uniquement un investissement, la déco est très bien, il y a des petits plus un peu partout. Le seul tout petit bémol, les plus de 1m80 se souviendront de la lampe de la cuisine. L'emplacement: il faut soit utiliser les vélos soit marcher beaucoup car la ville est allergique à la voiture ou alors un bus au pied de la résidence amène à la plage Chef de Baie ou dans le centre en quelques minutes.

Schöne Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Wir verbrachten herrliche 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Dazu kommt noch die große Terrasse mit Traumblick auf die Bucht von La Rochelle mit dem Schiffsverkehr vom Alten Hafen und dem riesigen Yachthafen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Gesamtausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt an der Uferpromenade, mit bequemen Spazier- und Radwegen. Am Alten Hafen ist man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten, außerdem fährt die Buslinie 6 mit Haltestelle vor der Haustür in die Stadt. Das Auto kann man sicher auf den vielen Parkplätzen im Hausgelände stehen lassen. Auch für Ausflüge die Küste entlang oder auf die Ile de Re ist es ein idealer Standort. Der Eigentümer Monsieur Mercier hat uns bereits vorab sehr gut informiert und uns bei allen Anliegen schnell geholfen. Diana hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

un superbe appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment agréable, dans un appartement tout confort avec vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer (mais c'était pour une bonne cause) était vraiment d'une grande gentillesse. L'arrivée et le départ se sont passés sans aucun problème. un parking bien agréable surtout lorsque vous êtes une personne en situation de handicap. Merci Mr Mercier pour ce superbe appartement.

Nous avons grandement apprécié la vue sur l'océan de l'appartement et de la terrasse. L'appartement est très bien situé. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et nous l'en remercions. La ville et le port sont magnifiques et animés. Nous recommandons.

Magnifique

C'était un grand plaisir de passer nos vacances dans le superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et La Rochelle. L'appartement avec une grande terrasse est tres bien équipé. C'est une belle région pour faire des balades à vélo et il y a beaucoup de restaurants à La Rochelle. Un grand merci à Diana pour l'accueil et à Monsieur Mercier.

PARFAIT 👍

Descriptif fidèle à la réalité. Très bel appartement dans une résidence très calme. Vue sur mer à 180 degrés exceptionnelle. Commerces à proximité. Pistes cyclables au pied de la résidence ainsi qu'un arrêt de bus pour les moins sportifs. Le tout couplé à une météo généreuse, bref, séjour idéal. Très beau logement : très agréable et très bien équipé

Résidence de standing, place de parking intérieure, espace nuit au calme et belle vue Mer ! Ce logement est très bien décoré et il est équipé comme à la maison. Une belle prestation et un propriétaire vraiment disponible et attentionné.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Excellentes vacances dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et le phare du bout du monde 🤩🤩 Le logement est grand, une grande terrasse, très bien équipé, avec 2 salles de bain !!!! Il est aussi proche de petits commerces (boulangerie, traiteur, poissonnerie, pharmacie, primeur...). Mr Mercier est un propriétaire à l'écoute et a décoré avec goût l'appartement.

Super séjour que de bons souvenirs

Location conforme à la description. Situation idéale pour découvrir La Rochelle . Superbe vue sur la mer avec balcon plein sud pour y prendre ses repas. Appartement très lumineux . Chambres au calme, très bonne literie. Accueil très agréable du propriétaire, n’hésitant pas à nous donner de bons conseils sur les visites aux alentours. L’ile De Re tout près. Immeuble de très bon standing avec ascenseur et parking sécurisé. Pas besoin de voiture pour se rendre dans le centre de La Rochelle. Tout est fait pour les piétons et les cyclistes qui sont la priorité dans cette ville non détruite durant la seconde guerre mondiale et qui a gardé tout son charme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement et qui sait !!! nous aurons plaisir à y retourner et le recommander à des amis ou de la famille, les yeux fermés. Allez y c’était un vrai bonheur pour nous les Normands. Colette et Jean .
