Fantastic place to stay! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and linens and super modern lights and outlets for all electronics. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. Only a 5 min walk to the train station to visit the cinque terre towns and on the main plaza for the main pedestrian boulevard lined with shops, restaurants and cafes, and gelato stands. Elvira and Alan were the best hosts. They met us in person to give us the keys and explain all the details of the apt which was so modern. Also when we arrived by car, they were instantly available via the VRBO app to tell us where to park. Highly highly recommend La Spezia and to stay with Elvira and Allen.

This place renewed my faith in the VRBO process after a major disappointment in Siena. This property was as described and a place that you will hate to leave.

What a wonderful place. Our family of 5 had both apartments and everyone had a bedroom. These apartments are newly remodeled and super clean as well as functional. The location is a 5 min walk to the main station in La Spezia and literally right next to the town square. There is a walking only street filled with shops and restaurants (some of the best pizza you will ever have). The hosts were amazing and super helpful. They showed us how everything works, gave a list of where to shop and eat, and also advised on steering clear of some tourist traps. Cinque Terre is a single train stop away or two ferry stops depending on the mode of transportation you prefer. It is a 10 min walk to the ferry boat. Wonderful place and our family would definitely stay here again! No complaints but maybe an extra towel or two and a blanket would be helpful. Thanks again for the wonderful stay and yes the AC really works well.
