"The greater at the front door who manages the traffic was great. Very pleasant and helpful. Most of the staff were very nice even if they couldn’t help or understand what I needed due to language barriers (some didn’t speak English). I liked the dining options however I looked all over for the beverage in the pineapple as advertised and could not find it at any location. When I asked different staff members they would tell me to try another location. The rooms were very clean and so were the pool areas. I appreciated the text asking how our stay was as well."
