"The house is beautiful and the views from every window are gorgeous! The two fireplaces were enjoyed by all. The hot tub was very inviting and relaxing. My favorite room was the enclosed porch. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The garage was well equipped to work on bikes and get in a quick game of ping pong. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely patient with all of my questions. "

"There are not enough stars to give this place. From all the help on things to do and places to eat before we even got there, helping me set up for a birthday surprise. It was a beautiful view. And so spacious and beautiful in all the rooms. It was just perfect. All the game room activities and fire pit. Just perfect! I will definitely be back! The only thing it needed was a long/ tall mirror in the down stairs rooms. Seems small but would be helpful! "

"I enjoyed my stay here. I came to Northwest Arkansas for the mountain biking and was able to get in a couple rides right from the house as the Back 40 loop passes about a block away. Having a clothes washer and dryer was great for my 10-day stay. I prefer to eat in after a day of riding and appreciated the nicely equiped kitchen including a dish washer. There was a lockable storage room in carport for my bike and hose under the deck to wash my bike.My only complaint is that the deck was significantly covered with debris from the trees and did not appear to have been cleared in quite some time; cleaning between tenants should have taken care of this. There's a vast amount of trails in this area, most of which I didn't get to ride. I'll be back and will stay at this property if it is available."

"Excellent hosts, very comfortable and clean! It felt brand new! The views of the lake and the fall colors were gorgeous. We even saw a bald eagle twice while we were there. Locally owned restaurants are nearby and the bike trails were very accessible. The kitchen was full size and felt like home. We would definitely book again!"
