THE WOW FACTOR Paradise found, all the home comforts at stunning Lake Rotoma

We have had this property for over 20 years and now is the time to share it with you.
Everything to make your holiday relaxing is at hand. Set up for year round occupancy; a cozy log-fire in the spacious lounge/dining room for those winter get-away's or open the bi-fold doors to let the summer breezes through. Relax on the huge deck which has PVC blinds allowing for year round living.
Plenty of lawn for fun and games, when it gets too hot send the kids to the tree hut they'll love it.
The trout fishing on Rotoma is legendary. Try fly fishing off the shore or take the boat out in the early morning and watch them jump.
Wake to the morning bird-song, bring the cuppa' back to bed and watch the boats and skiers enjoy the still morning waters over the lake.
To keep you occupied there is TV (who needs it on holiday - but it's there for those occasional wet days) , stereo, games and plenty of books.
We have just installed a new kitchen, bathroom and outside loo.
Maximum number guests is 7.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

Gem of a spot

The house had beautiful views and was an easy walk down the driveway to a nice beach area. Loved the nearby Soda Springs. Truly relaxing holiday at a fantastic spot. Surrounded by bush and birds but still sunny. Thanks!

Excellent for group stays

We had a great stay here, there was so much room for group meals and just hanging out. We had 9 guys so I was worried about the hot water running out, but that didn't happened at all. The host was also amazingly fast with her reply's to my questions. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lake Rotoma. The place was in a great location, close enough to the lake for easy access but also off the road which makes it feel very private. The view is stunning and we loved that you could still enjoy it in the evening without getting bitten by rolling down the clear screens in the front area. Overall would highly recommend this property!

We had an awesome week at the Glasse House. The house is really well set up with everything you need, the deck area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing location amongst native trees and birdlife with a great view of Lake Rotoma. Highly recommended.

Lovely place situated back from the main road so no noise from that. Great view and peaceful bush surroundings. We had a very relaxing time. Great beach, 2 mins walk down to the lake front. Busy fast road so be careful with kiddies.

Wonderful spot by the lake

We stayed at the Glassehouse for 4 nights and even though the weather was a lot wetter than usual for January we had an amazing stay. The lake, just across the road, is so clean and quite warm! The house has a lovely garden and view. It is very well equipped and we enjoyed the selection of board games in conservatory room. Would love to come back and stay again another time!
