"Would definitely recommend to others to stay at this location or any of the other locations that this Host has as they were outstanding at communicating and very fast to reply to any of the questions or requests that we sent during our stay. We stayed over an extended Labor day weekend (Friday-Monday) and had a great time! We had a family of 10 there and fit comfortably, 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom on one side of the upstairs and the master King suite on the other side. Modern upgrades like thermostat and smart TVs everywhere were very nice and the pool table got a ton of use by all. Pool area is large enough for all to lounge and the host is very quick to respond when the spa needs to be turned on and we had no issues with it at all. Lots of towels (including pool towels) were available and the washer and dryer were amazing to have and use. "

"The house was clean the beds were as described. The view is great and the pool is a great size. Lots of seating in the living and dining areas. Half bath downstairs is easy to get to from the pool and a large driveway for parking cars. Quiet area and nice neighborhood. I did not give a better rating because the pool area was not well kept, landscaping over grown and covered in bugs and spiderwebs. Spiderwebs and bugs all over patio, wasp nest etc. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned, and there was just unnecessary junk on the patio, old plant pots, old grill, things other people left behind. Also didn’t appreciate the significant amount of half used items left from other renters. Nothing was bad just things like random shampoos and kitchen stuff that should have been tossed. Outdoor trash cans full on arrival and smelled bad. The management team was very nice and respectful/ responsive! We did have a good time! "
