The tv didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk I realized the phone line was literally cut. So I called them from my cell phone to let them know that and he didn’t seem to care. The towels had dark stains and weren’t all the way clean. There was a huge pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom. We made sure our door was locked but when we got up at 7 am, someone had unlocked it.
